1.1. General General Terms and Conditions of the internet shop for business partners (B2B) are in compliance wtih the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), recommendations of Slovenian Chamber Of Commerce (GZS) and The Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1). (ZEKom-1). In such cases, where General Terms And Conditions do not specify or is inconsistent with the aforementioned acts, the statutory provisions prevail. General terms and conditions of Sfera IT Storitve d.o.o. apply to all purchases as well.
Internet shop https://www.b2b.sfera-it.si (hereinafter Sfera B2B) is managed by Sfera IT Storitve d.o.o., Beloruska ulica 7, 2000 Maribor, VAT ID number SI 34069372, national identification number 3367797000, hereinafter Operator.
We advise you to carefully read General Terms and Conditions before using the internet shop. By using the Sfera B2B internet shop you automatically agree with aforementioned conditions. If you do not agree with General Terms and Conditions we ask you not to use Sfera B2B internet shop. Sfera IT Storitve d.o.o. reserves the right to change the conditions of internet shop at any time. All changes apply and are binding for all customers, therefore we advise you to regulary check the General Terms and Conditions.
Operator is a vendor who sells products only to legal enitites (companies) through the internet shop.
1.2. Data availability The operator is obliged to always provide the customer with the following information:
- Identity of Sfera IT Storitve d.o.o.
- Contact information which enables customer to communicate quickly and efficiently (e-mail, phone)
- Essential features of products available in the internet shop
- Product availability (all items offered in the internet shop should be available in reasonable timeframe)
- Prices, which must be defined clearly and unambiguously with clearly stated taxes, transport costs and other possible duties
- Payment terms and delivery method
1.3. Registration In order to use Sfera B2B internet shop, a registration is mandatory at https://www.b2b.sfera-it.si website, where visitior fills out and submits the registration form. Operator then activates the user account after checking the applicant's business details and their confirmation of general terms and conditions. By registering, the visitor confirms and guarantees that they are a legal representative of the company or that they are authorized by the legal representative to make purchase/sales contracts using information technology.
1.4. Termination of registration User can terminate their registration by sending an e-mail at info@sfera-it.si with the demand to delete their registration. After receiving the demand, the Operator will clear all user details and data in his database. Termination of registration means the user will no longer use Sfera B2B internet shop.
1.5. Ordering process All purchase orders for products offered by Sfera IT are accepted by mail, e-mail, fax or through B2B internet shop. Both parties agree that the purchase orders sent by electronic communications channels are considered as written purchase order. A registration is mandatory to enter Sfera B2B internet shop where the customer is provided with login data. The user selects the desired item by clicking on the »Add to Cart« button. The item is then saved in the shopping cart. A multitude of items can be saved in the shopping cart. To complete the order the user must click on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of the internet shop to open the complete list of selected items stored in the shopping cart. At this point it is still possible to edit order quanitites or remove items from the shopping cart. By clicking »Continue« button the purchasing process is moved to the next step where the user must check the order summary, choose payment and delivery method and confirm the order by clicking »Submit order« button. When the order is submitted successfully, the user receives a notification in the internet shop and an order confirmation e-mail (purchase contract) is sent to the user containing purchase order details. If a notification in internet shop does not appear to the user and an email with pruchase order details is not received, then it is a sign of either a technical error or the user failed to insert the correct details during the registration or ordering process. The user can repeat the process or contact Sfera IT storitve d.o.o. by email at info@sfera-it.si or by phone on 059 129 200. The same contacts are to be used to report possible errors or inconsistencies in the submitted purchase order.
All information about the status and content of purchase order are at user's disposal at any time in »My account > Order overview«. The operator reserves the right to contact user by phone when necessary to ensure the accuracy of delivery.
All products, that are not in the Operator's own stock are subject to delivery times of the operator's vendor and the operator's ability to deliver it to the user. The Operator will keep user informed of the progress of delivery of the ordered products.
1.6. Delivery The following delivery methods apply:
1. Parcel service (additional cost for the user, depends on the size and weight of the parcel)
2. Personal pick up (free of charge).
1.7. Invoice The operator will send the original invoice to the user within 8 days of delivery. The invoice will contain detailed information about the price of purchased products and generated costs. The user is obliged to check the accuracy of all purchase order details. All later complaints regarding the purchase order details submitted by user will not be considered by the Operator.
1.8. Prices All prices displayed in the Sfera B2B internet shop are in EUR and do not include Value Added Tax (VAT). Delivery costs are not included as well. VAT and delivery costs are calculated and presented to the user in the process of placing a purchase order and can be seen in the shopping cart where prices are displayed without VAT, VAT amount and delivery costs.
1.9. Payment terms Sfera B2B internet shop offers two payment methods:
- Payment by contract:
Contractual partners are entitled to deffered payment: the payment deadline is defined in the contract or is set on the invoice
- With payment cards (Visa, Visa-Electron, MasterCard, Activa Maestro, Activa)
1.10. Warranty claims When claiming warranty for a faulty product, the user must provide the Operator with complete details including detailed description of the fault and document, which proves the authenticity of the product (delivery note number or invoice). The Operator will prepare the warranty claim record and will send it to the user. If the warranty claim is legitimate the Operator will organize the return of the repaired/replaced product at his own cost through the parcel service.
The Operator will not accept any returned shipments or warranty claims without pre-approval. In case of unauthorized return or warranty claim the user will cover all costs of shipping as well as processing costs calculated by the Operator.

1.11. Limitation of liability The Operator is continuously doing his best to ensure the information in internet shop is up to date. However, the possibility remains that the properties, stock or price of the product is changed so quickly that the Operator is not able to refresh the information in the internet shop on time. In this case the user will be informed of the changes and will have the right to cancel the purchase order or will be offered a suitable replacement. All photos are symbolic and do not guarantee the quality of the product.
We reserve the right to disable the internet shop or disable the access to it due to technical issues or other maintenance issues. In case of technical issues we reserve the right to cancel submitted pruchase orders affected by the technical issue. Is such case the users will be informed of the issue in the shortest possible time and will be presented with further steps. The User must ensure the proper protection of his equipment (anitvirus etc.) before accessing and using the internet shop. The User must also ensure the protection and confidentiality of the information needed to login to the internet shop (e-mail, password).
1.12. Complaints and disputes - The Operator complies with the current consumer protection legislation.
- In case of complaints, disputes, problems the customer should contact the Oparator by phone (phone number: 059 129 200) or by e-mail (e-mail address: info@sfera-it.si). Complaints are to be submitted in written form by e-mail at info@sfera-it.si. The procedure for handling the complaint is confidential.
- The Operator will respond to all complaints by e-mail or by phone within the shortest possible time and within the legal obligations according to the type of complaint.
- Both parties agree to consensually resolving the possible disputes from this contractual relationship. When reaching the agreement is not possible, the court of Maribor is competent to judge a dispute.
